Images on any subject related to teaching and learning at UW Bothell or CCC can be added to the Visual Resources database. Images can be purchased from commercial vendors, or photographed from print sources with our digital camera. All images are fully cataloged, and become a part of the searchable image database, available to all UW Bothell and CCC faculty and students.
New digital images may be requested by faculty and students at any time. Requests can be made in person in Visual Resources or by email to dhattwig@uwb.edu. Faculty requests are currently not limited, and are filled in the order received. Students may request up to 20 images for required course presentations or projects. All new image requests must be accompanied by the below request form (in .pdf).
The Visual Resources Curator, Denise Hattwig, is available to help patrons with image research. The curator can assist with finding images in UW Bothell and UW image databases and on the web. The curator can also find sources for new images to add to the collection.
