Prospective Dual Enrollment Students

Coordinated Financial Aid

Students participating in the Dual Enrollment Program may receive financial aid funds. Eligibility is based upon the student's combined enrollment at both institutions each quarter. Students should list on their FAFSA form:

One (1) of the following.. and.. University of Washington, Bothell (003798)
Bellevue Community College (003769)
Cascadia Community College (0034835)
Everett Community College (003376)
North Seattle Community College (009704)
Shoreline Community College (003791)

Complete their file at both institutions. Depending on the student's progress in the program, either the community college or the UW Bothell financial aid office will be the institution disbursing aid funds and monitoring eligibility. A student cannot receive financial aid at two different institutions at the same time. Therefore, it will be important to register as a Dual Enrollment student to ensure proper processing.

Please contact the Financial Aid Office at either institution for details about financial aid and the Dual Enrollment Program. Be sure to identify yourself as a potential Dual Enrollment student.
