This class will be a total body conditioning class tailored to challenge and be specific to both male or female. This class will involve and develop results in cardiovascular strengthening, core strengthening, overall strength gain and muscle gain, fat loss, and flexibility. Shelby Handran is a strength and conditioning trainer that teaches clients how to safely and effectively reach their goals through moderate to high impact training methods and cutting edge nutritional habits. Anybody can reach their health and fitness goals with reputable information and an accountable coach!

Hatha Yoga improves breathing and helps to increase self-awareness, confidence, and independence. Taught by instructor, Teri Hensen, in such a way that each student feels challenged without feeling intimidated. Students are encouraged to listen to their own mind/body dialogue, then learn to move away from pain and into pleasure, until they discover for themselves, the joy of yoga.

Instructor: Gretchen Strauch of Rick Steves' Europe Through the Back Door
While international travel provides an education unlike that learned in a university, it also enhances and invigorates any field of study. Europe is many Americans' first international destination, but in the current financial environment, many young people may find themselves pessimistic about their ability to afford travel in Europe. This slideshow/lecture will be specially tailored to a student audience of predominantly first-time travelers, providing basic tips that will encourage participants to travel independently, cleverly, and frugally in this potentially pricey - yet ever more intriguing - part of the world.

This class will cover the "how-to" basics of snowshoeing. Examples of equipment and gear will be shown, as well as how to select and use the equipment. This is a great recreational activity during the dreary winter months, and there are several local destinations to go snowshoeing. Snowshoes can be rented from most outdoor shops quite reasonably, there is no high-priced lift ticket to buy - and it is a very quick learning process: if you can walk, you can snowshoe!
