Applying for Graduation
It is your responsibility to apply for a degree or certificate because degrees are not automatically awarded when requirements have been satisfied.
Undergraduates
Dates
Applications should be submitted three quarters before expected date of graduation.
The absolute deadline for submitting an application is the third Friday of the quarter in which the student intends to graduate. Students graduating in Summer quarter that plan to attend the Commencement ceremony must meet the Spring quarter application deadline.
Steps to Apply
- Schedule an appointment with your program advisor.
- You both will complete the graduation application together.
- Sign your application.
Graduating Senior Priority
Your application may also make you eligible for Graduating Senior Priority registration. Your application must be submitted by the deadline.
