BOTHELL, Wash. - The University of Washington Bothell is pleased to announce that twelve of its students placed in the recently held Delta Epsilon Chi (DEC) state competition and qualified to compete at the DEC International Career Development Conference in Atlanta, GA in April 2008.

To support these students in their travel to the international competition, a dinner and silent auction will be held on Saturday, March 8, 6:00-9:00 p.m. on campus in the North Creek Events Center.

About Delta Epsilon Chi: Delta Epsilon Chi an international organization for college students preparing for a variety of careers. DEC programs engage students from a variety of educational disciplines, while maintaining a strong focus on business-related areas such as marketing, management and entrepreneurship. Activities promoted by DEC integrate with and enhance the student's college curriculum.
Students participate in DEC programs through local college and university chapters. Local chapters may also receive support through their state, territory or province. DEC is currently active throughout the U.S., its territories and Canada. More than 13,000 students from 200 campuses currently participate in the organization.
