Software not needed for the first day of the quarter may be requested at any time; please allow for the following turn-around times for all standard software installation requests: 

• For all computer lab, computer classroom, and standad classroom (ePodium) requests: 2 weeks
• For all faculty/staff workstations: 1 week

Some requests may include software that IS has not previously supported; in such cases IS may need up to 90 days to fully evaluate software for use on the UW Bothell campus
